Our return policy lasts for 7 days only. If the 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. We don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

We only replace items if they are wrong in size, defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or of same value, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you would like to change a clothing item size. However, if your product was defective or damaged the cost of return shipping will be refunded once we receive the product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. To ensure you product arrives safely to us, we recommend adding a tracking number or insurance to your package. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
